Central and South America produce some of the most distinctive and flavorful coffees on the market with a bit more acidity than other regions. Costa Rica and Mexican very brisk, Bolivia and Colombian rich and smooth. Guatemala nutty and bold. Peru sweet and heavy. Honduras fruity and lively with good acidity. Some of it's more famous American Coffee being Hawaiian Kona or Jamaican Blue Mountain which are seasonal and rare, but are considered best because of their smooth delicate nature.
