SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLING POLICY...
You may cancel your plan at any time but there is a 90 day period that must expire before resuming.
We try to ship 24 hours from the date we receive your order Monday-Friday.  Average, but not guaranteed delivery times from date of order are as followsÂ
Southern California  1-2 business days
Northern California and Northwest  3-4 business days
Midwest  4-5 business days
East and South  5-7 business days.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any whole bean order within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. If you wish to do so, please call Customer Service at 760 740 9575 to make arrangements. All orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund.
Please note:Â The refund amount on coffees that have been custom ground per your request are subject to Safari Coffees customer service discretion.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days from receipt of product.
Customer must return product at their cost unless their was an error processing their coffee order..In that case Safari Coffee will credit back the shipping charges and the unused product.
Typically UPS will porch your coffee order without signature. Safari does not take responsibility if UPS makes the delivery but the customer is unable to locate the shipment due to theft or factors outside of our control.
